What is included in my apartment?

Each apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. This typically includes a bed, mattress, study desk and chair, storage, lounge seating, dining setting, and a fully equipped kitchenette with essential appliances. You won’t need to purchase large furniture items simply bring your personal belongings and settle in.

In most cases, utilities such as water, internet and electricity are included or capped within your rental agreement. Internet access is also typically provided. Specific inclusions are outlined clearly in your lease so there are no surprises.
